•Support sales VP to manage in charged customer group commercial + advance sales activities, customer group sales including RHQ and related plants sales team
•Provides counsel, advice and recommendations on the competitive market trends, conditions and opportunities to assure proper consideration in the formulation of sales plans, customer strategies and guide related products strategy
•Develops and manages specialized programs to acquire new business and improve existing business with profitable margin
•Lead quotation activities and coordinate related department to deliver overall proposal on time and Lead price negotiation with customer until make final deal
•Responsible for continuing margin improvement activities and manage normal ECN/VEVA etc change controls and LTA negotiation
•Negotiates or assists in the negotiation of customer contracts

•Minimum of five (7) years working experience at Tier 1 or Tier 2
•Minimum of Seven (10) years commercial Sales Experience
•Minimum of three (7) years working experience at specific customer group
•Reviewing cost and finance analysis model and build up quotation
•Good communication and presentation skill

■株主内部監査対応
■製造子会社の財務経理の全般指導、管理業務改善を実行する。原価探算精度の向上、連結報告の作成。
（上海財務部管理：部下8人、無錫工場の財務部門の管理も兼任）

■学歴：大学卒、会計專攻(CPA、又は MBA資格があれば望ましい)、日本語1級相当
■日系の贸易、製造業の财務释理管理職释験5年以上
■連結决算、保税取引経驗、内部統制対応の経験ある
■日系企業（貿易・製造業での経験）管理職経験5年以上
■コミュニケ-ション能力、リ-ダ-シップがあり、他部門の Mgr や現場スタッフとも 議論をしながら組織横断的か業務改善力を持つこと

事業/技術分野に関する中国市場の調査　（日本本社側からの依頼もあり）
中国リーディングカンパニーとの関係構築のための窓口探索・関係構築
中国市場での新規事業開拓

本科卒
日本語か英語流暢
仕事経験5年、関連業務経験3年以上
中国市場での事業開拓、マーケテイング経験
中国国内の企業、アカデミアへの良好な人脈を有すること
Power　Pointを用いたプレゼン能力
