•Support sales VP to manage in charged customer group commercial + advance sales activities, customer group sales including RHQ and related plants sales team
•Provides counsel, advice and recommendations on the competitive market trends, conditions and opportunities to assure proper consideration in the formulation of sales plans, customer strategies and guide related products strategy
•Develops and manages specialized programs to acquire new business and improve existing business with profitable margin
•Lead quotation activities and coordinate related department to deliver overall proposal on time and Lead price negotiation with customer until make final deal
•Responsible for continuing margin improvement activities and manage normal ECN/VEVA etc change controls and LTA negotiation
•Negotiates or assists in the negotiation of customer contracts

•Minimum of five (7) years working experience at Tier 1 or Tier 2
•Minimum of Seven (10) years commercial Sales Experience
•Minimum of three (7) years working experience at specific customer group
•Reviewing cost and finance analysis model and build up quotation
•Good communication and presentation skill

主要负责我司集成电路产品在客户端的技术支持，包括驱动软件移植、调试、问题分析以及性能优化工作。
工作期间会得到现地产品经理以及总公司开发者的支持。
当前产品为智能手机摄像头伺服芯片，主要客户为国内智能手机厂商以及摄像头模组厂商。
上海、深圳以及周边地区的出差会比较频繁，根据情况安排国外研修或出差。

素质的要求:
1.具有较强的责任心、团队意识和沟通能力。
2.具备良好的软、硬件基础知识，并具备较强的分析力和动手能力。
专业能力要求
对于有工作经验的应聘者：
- 熟练使用C/C++语言，并根据流程图编写代码
- 理解芯片规格书和电路图
- 熟练使用示波器等实验室常用设备
- 具有智能手机、各种嵌入式设备厂商的研发经历者优先考虑
对于应届生：
- 对电子技术内容的理解、分析和表达能力
- 良好的英语或日语表达能力
- 本科生：在校期间学习过C/C++语言。如有数据结构、微机原理、电路分析、电磁学等课程记录更佳
- 研究生：实际编写过C/C++程序，独立或合作完成嵌入式系统设计

出張基本は上海。場合により広州、深圳。
今回、営業本部として重点産業取組み（医薬）分野への参入という中、
複雑な医薬品卸業者との戦略提携なども視野に入れています。
輸送会社、物流会社の領域を越え、医薬品業”卸業者＝批発商”にて人脈をもっている方がベストです。
　（逆に言うと、物流は詳しくなくても構いません）
