□ 通过教育培训等和现有团队，客户建立有效的合作关系。
□ 根据业务需求及时改进业务流程。
□ 通过研究和数据分析，制定区域销售目标并推动目标完成。
□ 对现行业务提出合理建议等

□ 优先考虑学士学位（理学士/学士学位），最好是销售、市场营销、商业或相关学科。英语可以作为工作语言
□ 至少8年的销售、营销或其他商业业务经验，其中3年或以上担任管理职位，最好是在向贸易客户（室内设计师和公司）以及直接向最终用户销售品牌、高端家具的领域。
□ 具备推动B2C销售/营销以及管理/发展第三方分销商的能力。
□ 良好的人际关系建立能力，团队成员之间的人际交往能力强
□ 具备撰写宣传材料、评估、报告和有效PPT演示文稿的能力。
□ 在会议中舒适地主持、贡献和/或演示。
□ 优秀的人际交往、谈判和引导技巧，口头和书面沟通技巧。

•Support sales VP to manage in charged customer group commercial + advance sales activities, customer group sales including RHQ and related plants sales team
•Provides counsel, advice and recommendations on the competitive market trends, conditions and opportunities to assure proper consideration in the formulation of sales plans, customer strategies and guide related products strategy
•Develops and manages specialized programs to acquire new business and improve existing business with profitable margin
•Lead quotation activities and coordinate related department to deliver overall proposal on time and Lead price negotiation with customer until make final deal
•Responsible for continuing margin improvement activities and manage normal ECN/VEVA etc change controls and LTA negotiation
•Negotiates or assists in the negotiation of customer contracts

•Minimum of five (7) years working experience at Tier 1 or Tier 2
•Minimum of Seven (10) years commercial Sales Experience
•Minimum of three (7) years working experience at specific customer group
•Reviewing cost and finance analysis model and build up quotation
•Good communication and presentation skill
